During 15 years of experience in Hydraulic industry we have witnessed some defects which caused serious damages for project beneficiaries. And we were asking this question: How is it possible to prevent these damages?
Except the things which has to be experienced by the business owners, the answer is TRAINING.
This is the solution which Germans focus on severely. Well equipped training centers in manufacturing companies, various vocational training during educations (dual system) is a good proof for this claim. They are champions of export and their SMEs are flag bearer in world market.
