Briefing:
Correct diagnosis is the half of therapy. There are several reasons which can cause a trouble solely or in common with others.
For example if an electricity meter jumps in a hydraulic elevator it may happen because of defects in building wiring, defect in power unit to elevator switchboard wiring, defects in elevator switch board, motor defect, basic defect in cylinder, cylinder not vertically installed.
